Reflexology

Reflexology is a therapy that stimulates reflex areas on the hands, feet and face. These reflexes correspond to all parts of the body. When the reflex is stimulated it sends a signal to the body to begin healing. Reflexology can be used to treat foot pain such as plantar fasciitis, hormone imbalance, insomnia, stress, and so much more!

Reiki

Originating from Japan, Usui Reiki creates balance and wellness by working in the energy field. Reiki is used all over the world to promote natural healing of the body. Each session is unique to the individual. Reiki can assist with clarity and healing on a physical and emotional level.

Kyla Schell BScRN; Reflexologist ; Reiki Practitioner

  • Kyla is a RN with over 20 years experience in acute care. Since 2019 she has been an Aesthetic Injector, certified in both (Botox) injections and Fillers.
  • Kyla is also a Certified Reflexologist and NHPC member since 2023. Her Reflexology practice includes neurological, muscular/skeletal, Hand reflexology and Facial Reflexology.
  • Kyla is a Reiki Level 3 practitioner she offers 45 minute treatments for both in-person and long distance healing.

KS Sole Align goals will be the addition of Manual Osteopathy. Kyla will be looking for Manual Osteopathy case studies during her 2026 school year. If you are interested in being a part of the case study treatments, you can join her patient list by request. (No fee for case study but must be available for more than 3 treatments). More information to come by the end of January 2026!
